CHINA LIFE (02628.HK)  -0.580 (-2.968%)    Short selling $158.80M; Ratio 7.437%   announced a connected transaction, planning to form a Partnership with CNNP, China-Russia Nuclear Industry Fund, Guangzhou Jinhong and CNNC-IFMC.

The Partnership intends to make equity investments in nuclear power companies located in the PRC whose main business is "nuclear power project development, investment, construction, and operation".
