The Hong Kong Taxi Owners' Association reached a partnership with BABA-W (09988.HK)  +1.700 (+1.545%)    Short selling $3.21B; Ratio 26.960%   (BABA.US)      's Amap to provide taxi-hailing services to Hong Kong citizens through the technology solutions that Amap opened up to the public.

Pursuant to the cooperation, Amap will provide technical support to the Hong Kong Taxi Owners' Association to help it build a series of IT platform capabilities required for online ride-hailing.
