Li Hongjiang, Vice President of CHINA CINDA (01359.HK)  -0.020 (-1.739%)    Short selling $12.73M; Ratio 6.812%   , and Li Ran, Vice President of BABA-W (09988.HK)  -2.600 (-2.269%)    Short selling $1.57B; Ratio 11.475%   (BABA.US)      and President of Alibaba Assets, have attended the 2025 Special Asset Promotion Conference held in Chengdu.

During the conference, CHINA CINDA selected nearly 300 assets with a total value of over RMB100 billion for recommendation. These assets are widely distributed across 28 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions in China. In the western region alone, there are over 70 special assets with a principal value of RMB26 billion, covering hotels, residential properties, office buildings, cultural and tourism projects, industrial plants, and land use rights.
