Citigroup has announced that approximately 3,500 technical positions will be cut at its two solution centers located in Shanghai and Dalian, as part of its global business restructuring, foreign media reported.

The reduction is projected to be completed by early 4Q25. Some positions will be transferred to other Citibank technology centers.
