Hong Kong stocks inclined in the morning session. The HSI added 168 points or 0.7% to 23,680 at midday. The HSCEI ticked up 74 points or 0.9% to 8,594. The HSTECH hiked 52 points or 1% to 5,241. Total half-day turnover of the market amounted to $119.03 billion.
