Regarding the company re-domiciliation regime, the Insurance Authority (IA) said that the regime, which came into effect today (23rd), provides a simple and cost-effective framework for companies seeking re-domiciliation to Hong Kong.

The IA will also issue a circular to provide guidance to authorized insurers considering re-domiciliation.
