From January to April 2025, the accumulated contracted property sales of the China Overseas Series of Companies amounted to approximately RMB66.583 billion, and the accumulated corresponding sales area sold was approximately 2.9289 million square meters, with a year-on-year decrease of 18.8% and 0.9% respectively.
