According to what Shenzhen Special Zone Daily learned from the Shenzhen Housing Provident Fund Center, the personal housing provident fund loan rates will be reduced by 0.25 ppts starting today (8th) in accordance with the requirements of the People's Bank of China.

Specifically, the personal housing provident fund loan rates for the first home with a term of five years or less/ over five years will be lowered to 2.1%/ 2.6% respectively, while the rates for the second home with a term of five years or less/ over five years will be cut to 2.525%/ 3.075% respectively.
