XPENG-W (09868.HK)  -1.900 (-2.497%)    Short selling $196.41M; Ratio 17.689%   (XPEV.US)      is exploring an IPO for its flying car subsidiary, XPeng AeroHT, in either Hong Kong or the U.S., and has invited banks to pitch for a role in an IPO, Bloomberg cited people with the knowledge of the matter.

The IPO plans are still under discussion, and XPeng may opt for a different listing venue or decide against a stock offering entirely, report told.
