The Korea Trade Commission has announced that it is launching an anti-dumping investigation into industrial robots originating from China and Japan at the request of local manufacturers, according to the China Trade Remedies Information website.

The announcement stated that the dumping investigation period will cover the entire year of 2024, while the injury investigation period will span from 2021 to 2024. The products involved are vertical multi-joint (four axes or more) industrial robots with a payload of 60,000-600,000 grams, excluding small high-speed robots and painting robots.
