The Company announced overnight (10th) that it acquired all the shares of Versace's holding company, GIVI Holding S.r.l., from Capri Holdings (CPRI.UD) for a cash purchase price of US$1.375 billion (approx. $10.67 billion). With the Prada Group, Versace will maintain its creative DNA and cultural authenticity.
