HKBN (01310.HK)  -0.020 (-0.392%)    Short selling $190.60K; Ratio 12.388%   has released an update on the offer proposed by China Mobile Hong Kong, in which the company said that the offeror has been actively engaging and making progress with the relevant authorities, with a view to satisfying the pre-conditions as soon as possible.

In particular, the offeror has been in communication with the Communications Authority to form a view on the offers and has submitted its application to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council in connection with the pre-conditions.
