SHK PPT (00016.HK) officially named its new residential project in Kam Tin, Yuen Long as "Garden REGENCY". The development comprises three residential towers providing a total of 566 units, including one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts as well as a limited number of special units. Josephine Cheung, General Manager of the Business Department at Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency, said the project's key date is May 17, 2027. The project has already obtained the pre-sale consent, and the sales brochure is expected to be uploaded as early as within this month. Pricing will reference residential projects in the same district. She painted a bullish picture for the local property market outlook, and expressed confidence that the project will see solid demand.
