MIDLAND HOLDING Frontline Staff's Avg. Commission Income Up ~40% YoY in 5M26; Dave Ma Promoted to CEO

MIDLAND HOLDING (01200.HK) disclosed that the average commission income of its frontline staff grew by nearly 40% YoY in 5M26. During the period, the median commission income of sales agents hiked by more than 30% compared with the same period last year. The number of staff whose commission income exceeded HKD1 million also nearly doubled YoY. The Group also announced that Dave Ma has been promoted to Group CEO and Executive Director of Midland Realty, reporting directly to Deputy Chairman Angela Wong, effective immediately. In addition to overseeing the Group’s residential as well as industrial and commercial property businesses in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau, Ma will also manage Midland Financial, Midland Immigration and Midland Education.
