Jiang Qianliang, director general of Bureau of Industry, Security, Import and Export Control of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM), and Denis Redonnet, Deputy Director General in the Directorate General for Trade in the European Commission, held the second meeting of the 'upgraded' China-EU Export Control Dialogue Mechanism in Beijing yesterday (23rd).
