KNOWLEDGE ATLAS (02513.HK) issued an apology letter regarding its AI program subscription package, the GLM Coding Plan, and announced handling and compensation measures.

The main errors in this revision include: the rules lack transparency; the GLM-5 gray-scale rollout is too slow; and the upgrade mechanism for existing users is poorly designed.

KNOWLEDGE ATLAS stated that after the release of GLM-5, traffic exceeded expectations, while the company's expansion pace did not keep up. As a last resort, GLM-5 was gradually rolled out in the order of Max, Pro, and Lite.

Currently, Max users have full access; Pro users have access but may experience throttling during peak times due to high cluster load; and Lite users will be gradually granted access during the off-peak period after the holiday.

Affected Lite and Pro users can apply for refunds.
