SF Express has not participated in the Douyin E-commerce return service for 2026, as it has voluntarily abandoned this business market, Chinese media quoted insiders as saying. Subsequently, Douyin E-commerce's return fulfillment will gradually be undertaken by logistics service providers such as JD, ZTO EXPRESS-W (02057.HK) and YTO INTL EXP (06123.HK). This change is mainly due to SF Express' own business and strategic adjustments, industry analysis noted.
