Morgan Stanley released a report expressing bullishness about Meta's (META.US) prospects before 2026, despite negative investor sentiment. The broker believed three factors will drive stock revaluation and exceptional performance: revenue adjustments, 2026 opex guidance below US$155 billion, and the Superintelligence Team's model and monetization nodes.

Although the broker was optimistic about Meta's performance in 2026, it lowered EPS forecasts by approximately 8% due to expected increases in opex by 5% and 6% for 2026 and 2027, respectively. Consequently, the target price was reduced from US$820 to US$750, while maintaining an Overweight rating.
