KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK) added nearly 1%. It has released the Kling AI-powered Kling O1. BIDU-SW (09888.HK) and NTES-S (09999.HK) edged up 0.2% and 0.5%. MEITUAN-W (03690.HK) slipped 2.9%. China Merchants Securities estimated its 4Q25 core local business operating loss to reach RMB11.8 billion. BILIBILI-W (09626.HK) lost 1.3%. SENSETIME-W (00020.HK) slid 1.4%. Chip stocks SMIC (00981.HK) and HUA HONG SEMI (01347.HK) ebbed 1.4% and 2%. Among carmakers, XIAOMI-W (01810.HK) gained 0.6%. Xiaomi Auto's 2025 delivery volume has already exceeded the annual target of 350,000 units set at the beginning of the year. BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) grew 1.8% to HKD99.7. Its new energy vehicle sales for November reached 480,000 units, down 5.3% YoY but up 8.7% MoM, also beating Citi's forecasts. GEELY AUTO (00175.HK) dipped 0.4%. It sold a total of 310,400 cars in November, up 24% YoY. LI AUTO-W (02015.HK) eroded 1.6%. XPENG-W (09868.HK) plunged 5.2%, with November deliveries of 36,700 vehicles, down over 12% MoM. NIO-SW (09866.HK) plummeted 6.2%. Its November deliveries amounted to 36,300 vehicles, up 76.3% YoY but down 10.2% MoM. ZTE (00763.HK) tumbled 6.3% at midday. It is reported to have teamed up with ByteDance to test granting AI system-level control of phones, though Morgan Stanley said the limited OEM options will make it hard to build an ecosystem for the Doubao AI smartphone.
