TIANYU SEMI (02658.HK), a silicon carbide epitaxial wafer manufacturer, has initiated its IPO in Hong Kong. The company proposes to offer 30.0705 million H-shares globally, with around 10% (around 3.0071 million shares) allocated for the Hong Kong public offering and about 90% (nearly 27.0635 million shares) for the international offering.
