CAAC: Pax./ Cargo Mail Transport Vol. on Int'l Routes in Mainland CN Up 20%+ YoY in Oct

The aviation transport in Mainland China in October demonstrated a positive growth trend, as CAAC News learnt from Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). A total transport turnover of 14.6 billion ton-kilometers, passenger transport volume of 67.835 million person-times, and cargo mail transport volume of 917,000 tons were completed, representing YoY increases of 10.8%, 5.8%, and 13.4% respectively. The YoY growth of passenger transport volume and cargo mail transport volume of international routes both exceeded 20%, with the monthly cargo mail transport volume surpassing 900,000 tons for the first time.
