International oil prices have fluctuated recently, according to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) website. Based on a comparison of the average price of the ten working days prior to November 24 with the average price of the ten working days prior to the last price adjustment, and in accordance with the prevailing refined oil pricing mechanism, gasoline and diesel prices (standard grades) in Mainland China will be reduced by RMB70 and RMB65 per ton respectively, effective from 24:00 on November 24. The three major oil companies - PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC - as well as other crude oil processors, must organize the production and transportation of refined oil products to ensure stable market supply and strictly implement national price policies.
