Chinese Mainland apparel group HLA (600398.SH) applied for a listing in Hong Kong, with Huatai International as the sole sponsor. As of the end of June this year, the company operates 5,631 HLA stores in China and has 92 stores in overseas markets, according to PHIP. In addition to menswear, the company owns self-brands such as the affordable luxury women's brand OVV and the high-end children's wear brand YeeHoO, and exclusively operates the Adidas Future City Concept business in mainland China.
