HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) has announced that it issued three tranches of senior unsecured notes yesterday (6th) listed on the New York Stock Exchange, with a total size of USD5 billion.

The issuance included USD2.25 billion 4.619% fixed rate/floating rate senior unsecured notes due 2031, USD2.25 billion 5.133% fixed rate/floating rate senior unsecured notes due 2036, and USD500 million floating rate senior unsecured notes due 2031.
