Pony.ai (PONY.US) announced a strategic cooperation with ShenZhen XiHu Corporation at the M CUBE 2025 and Intelligent Connected Vehicle Commercialization Forum. The plan is to collaborate in Shenzhen to build an autonomous driving mobility service fleet, jointly promoting the transformation and upgrade of the traditional taxi industry from electrification to intelligence. Pursuant to the agreement, both parties will deploy a fleet of L4-level autonomous driving vehicles, using mass-produced models equipped with Pony.ai's 7th-generation autonomous driving software and hardware systems. The plan is to gradually establish a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles in Shenzhen, speeding up the digitalization and intelligent upgrade of the traditional taxi industry.
