The Qingdao Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, in collaboration with the Qingdao Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Health Commission, and the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, has launched 12 new real estate market policies aimed at boosting consumption, benefiting talent, and invigorating the market. Specifically, additional efforts will be made to support families with multiple children in purchasing homes. After being recognized by the health department as compliant with the national policy of fully opening up to two and three children, families in Qingdao with two and three children will be provided with a housing purchase subsidy of RMB50,000 and RMB100,000 respectively for buying newly built commercial housing in Qingdao from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
