The company plans to offer 5.1186 million H shares globally, with the Hong Kong public offering accounting for about 10% and the international placing accounting for about 90%. The offer price range is HKD78.64 to HKD101.11 per share. With a board lot size of 50 shares, the entry fee is approximately HKD5,106.5. The subscription period runs from today (June 29) to this Friday (July 3). The shares are expected to be listed on next Wednesday (July 8).
