2026-06-29 09:45:53 Mainland Chinese mining autonomous driving solutions provider EACON (07687.HK) announced details of its Hong Kong IPO. The company plans to offer 26.132 million H shares globally, with approximately 10% for Hong Kong public offering and about 90% for international placing. The offer price ranges from HKD81.16 to HKD87.92 per share, with maximum fundraising of about HKD2.298 billion. With a board lot size of 50 shares, the entry fee is about HKD4,440.34. The offer period runs from today (June 29) to Friday (July 3), with listing expected next Wednesday (July 8). The IPO introduced 11 cornerstone investors, including ZIJIN MINING (02899.HK)'s ZIJINNING, Fidelity International, Barings, Indus Funds, Jain Global, REGAL, GF Fund and CDH, subscribing in aggregate to shares equivalent to approximately USD146 million.
