2026-07-21 17:43:01 BlackRock, Hillhouse Capital and Temasek are set to become cornerstone investors in the H-share listing of Zhongji Innolight, foreign media reported, citing informed sources. JP Morgan Asset Management, Wellington Management, Yunfeng Capital and Aspex Management are also interested in becoming cornerstone investors, which are expected to subscribe for nearly half of the shares. Zhongji Innolight, one of the three mega optical module companies in mainland China, reportedly plans to offer shares at up to HKD1,010 per share, representing a 13.2% discount to its A-share closing price on Monday (20th). Zhongji Innolight plans to start accepting investor subscriptions as early as Wednesday (22nd), and the deal could become Hong Kong's largest equity offering in seven years, sources said. They added that the base offering size is about USD7 billion, while the over-allotment option could increase the final size to USD8 billion. ~ AASTOCKS Financial News Website: www.aastocks.com | |
