2026-06-25 17:52:48 KINGBOARD HLDG (00148.HK)'s major shareholder Hallgain Management Limited (HML) reduced its holdings in the companny for three consecutive days on June 22, 23 and 24 (from this Monday to this Wednesday), selling 20 million shares, 22.0285 million shares and 25.3525 million shares, respectively, disclosure of interests data showed. The average selling prices were HKD140.33, HKD131.38 and HKD127.93 per share. Its stake decreased from 44.06% to 37.52%, cashing in approximately HKD8.944 billion.
