Alibaba Cloud Raises Prices for Some Wuying Hardware Terminals, Citing Rising Core Raw Material Costs
2026-11-04 17:29:57 Alibaba Cloud announced that in light of recent changes in the global supply chain environment, the costs of core raw materials have continued to rise, leading to a spike in hardware production costs. To ensure product quality stability and service sustainability, and following multiple internal evaluations by product and supply chain teams, the company will raise the selling prices of certain Wuying hardware terminals starting from October 1. Products affected include Wuying Ark Pro-NS01, Wuying Ark-NE01, Wuying All-in-One 23.8-US01, Wuying All-in-One 21.5-US05, Wuying Magic Cube Ultra-AX01 and Wuying Magic Cube Pro-AS06. Alibaba Cloud said it had previously sought to absorb part of the cost pressure through internal optimization efforts.
