2026-09-02 15:28:33 The tender for Tuen Mun Area 16 Station Package Two Property Development of MTR CORPORATION (00066.HK) has been closed for submission today (2nd), with a total of four developers and/or consortiums submitting bids. MTR CORPORATION said it will carefully consider the tenders received and announce the tender results at a later stage. According to on-site information, the four bids were submitted by HENDERSON LAND (00012.HK), CK ASSET (01113.HK), KERRY PPT (00683.HK) and SHK PPT (00016.HK). Among them, HENDERSON LAND and SHK PPT submitted bids independently. The project is adjacent to the under-construction Area 16 Station on the Tuen Mun South Extension line. It has a total GFA of approximately 3.026 million square feet, of which the residential GFA cap is about 2.69 million square feet. The project is expected to provide around 5,510 units.
