Among them, the 1080 series increased to RMB15.8 per meter, the 2116 series rose to RMB15.2 per meter, and the 7628 series climbed to RMB11.6 per meter. The absolute increase reached RMB1.55-2.50 per meter, hitting another YTD high and topping the RMB1.5-2 per meter increase in August, while also way above the monthly increase of RMB0.5-1 per meter in 1H26. The increment was sharper than the broker's previous expectation that the "September increase would be a bit slower than August", indicating that tight industry supply-demand conditions have not eased entering 4Q. The broker expected KB LAMINATES (01888.HK) to raise copper clad laminate prices again in early October in order to pass through costs.
