2026-09-02 10:19:17 VIVA GOODS (00933.HK) announced that, during the period from August 28 to September 1, 2026, a wholly-owned subsidiary, as the acquirer, further acquired a total of 29.6195 million shares of LI NING (02331.HK) through the open market on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, representing approximately 1.15% of the total issued shares. The total consideration approximated HKD398 million, with an average price of approximately HKD13.45 per share.
