2026-06-25 12:56:19 EVERG SERVICES (06666.HK) announced that the Company was informed by the Liquidators that discussions between the Potential Sellers and the Potential Purchaser have ceased and no formal or legally binding sale and purchase agreement has been entered into between them in respect of the Potential Transaction.
