2026-06-24 11:44:12 LI AUTO-W (02015.HK) launched the new L8 model last night, Citi mentioned in its report. The new vehicle comes with enhanced features but no longer offers a six-seat version. On the ride of replacement demand, the broker preliminarily estimated that L8 orders may reach 8,500 units in the first month, with monthly sales stabilizing at 5,000-6,000 units thereafter. BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) also launched the new Denza N8L last night, with the price raised by RMB20,000 compared with the previous model, mainly due to the battery capacity expansion to 72.26 kWh and a BEV range of 430 kilometers. As the key features of the new model are largely similar to the previous version, the broker expected a neutral market response, projecting monthly sales of about 3,000-4,000 units.
