KNOWLEDGE ATLAS Reportedly Weighing Multi-Billion USD Share Placement in HK
2026-06-24 11:53:37 KNOWLEDGE ATLAS (02513.HK) is weighing a share placement in Hong Kong to raise several billion US dollars, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The company is working with advisers and could launch the placement as early as next month, the report said, citing people with the knowledge of the matter. The six-month lock-up period following its IPO will expire on July 8. A deal of such size would dwarf the USD558 million raised in KNOWLEDGE ATLAS's Hong Kong IPO, when shares were issued at HKD116.2 each. The stock previously surged to a peak of HKD2,980, with total market cap exceeding HKD1 trillion (approximately USD128 billion). The company had earlier indicated that it also plans to issue shares in Shanghai to raise additional funds for model development.
