2026-06-24 10:50:28 LUXSHARE PRECISION (002475.SZ) announced that it is proceeding with its application to issue overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and list on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong held a listing hearing on June 18 to review the company’s application for the proposed overseas issuance and listing. The joint sponsors of the proposed overseas issuance and listing received a letter from the Stock Exchange on Monday (22nd), stating that the Listing Committee reviewed the company’s listing application.
