CXMT Forecast to Roll out New-gen DDR5 RDIMM Products by YE
2026-10-12 17:56:11 CXMT (688825.SH) core subsidiary ChangXin Memory Technologies recently disclosed progress in a new dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) technology. Cao Kanyu, President of CXMT, said a DRAM architecture named "4F2" introduces innovation in DRAM memory array transistors and also provides solutions to process bottlenecks in traditional integrated manufacturing.
