TENCENT Plans Medium-Term Notes Issuance
2026-10-12 08:57:10 TENCENT (00700.HK) announced plans to conduct an international offering of notes to certain professional investors under its Global Medium Term Note Programme. The notes are expected to be issued in series with different issue dates and terms, may be denominated in any currency, and the company intends to seek listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. TENCENT said the proposed notes issuance may or may not materialize. The completion of the proposed notes issue is dependent on several factors, including global market conditions, corporate needs of the company and investors’ interests. The company will continue to invest in and develop its AI infrastructure and application to our products and services to enhance user acquisition while maintaining our existing market share.
