2026-07-10 18:00:51 Grand Mayfair II on Kam Sheung Road, jointly developed by SINO LAND (00083.HK), CHINA OVERSEAS (00688.HK) and K. WAH INT'L (00173.HK), sold the last four-bedroom unit of the entire series today (10th). Both the transaction price and price per square foot (PSF) hit new highs for the project so far this year again within a single week. The unit sold was Flat A1, 16/F, Tower 9 of Grand Mayfair II, with a saleable area of 974 square feet and a four-bedroom layout with maid's suite. The transaction price was HKD19.1754 million, with a price per square foot of HKD19,687. According to agency sources, Grand Mayfair III launched an additional 136 units yesterday in response to market demand, and will begin a new round of sales next Monday (13th).
