WHARF REIC Reportedly Seeks to Sell Orchard Road Property Portfolio in Singapore

According to the company's latest annual report, the combined valuation of these properties amounted to HKD7.7 billion as of the end of last year, while WHARF REIC is seeking to dispose of the properties at a premium price.
