MINIMAX-W Once Slumps ~10% After Lock-up Expiry on Share Placement and CB Issuance; KNOWLEDGE ATLAS Slips 8%+
2026-07-10 10:21:41 Hong Kong's two major AI large model companies launched share placements to raise funds after lock-up expiries this week. MINIMAX-W (00100.HK) announced a proposed share placement alongside the issuance of zero-coupon guaranteed convertible bonds, with the two fundraising exercises not conditional upon each other. The company was expected to raise more than HKD16 billion in total. MINIMAX-W's share price opened 5.7% lower this morning (10th) at HKD280.4 before losses widened. The stock once slumped 9.8% to a trough of HKD268.2 and was last at HKD277.4, down 6.72%. Turnover amounted to HKD1.3 billion. Separately, KNOWLEDGE ATLAS (02513.HK), which announced a share placement fundraising yesterday, last dived 8.5% at HKD1,859.
