A fire broke out at the gas facility connecting two production buildings at the fourth complex of SK Hynix in Cheongju, South Korea, at around 10:32 a.m. local time on June 1. The automatic sprinkler system was activated immediately after the fire started, and the blaze was promptly brought under control.
