GEMDALE PPT (00535.HK)  +0.001 (+0.820%)   announced that since Huang Juncan would like to devote more time to his personal affairs and has informed the Company that he will not seek for re-election, Huang will cease to be an executive Director with effect from the conclusion of the AGM.

Accordingly, Huang will also cease to be the Chairman of the Board and the chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Company.
