Three Middle Eastern banks are establishing or expanding their operations in Hong Kong to strengthen ties with mainland China, Reuters reported.The UAE's largest bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank, plans to nearly double its office space in Hong Kong, the report said, citing two people with the knowledge of the matter.The UAE's fifth-largest lender, Mashreq Bank, will relocate staff to a new office in the third quarter, with the new premises being twice the size of its current office.
