CLP HOLDINGS (00002.HK)  -0.450 (-0.584%)    Short selling $53.30M; Ratio 30.107%   Chairman Michael Kadoorie remarked at the AGM that 2025 is a year full of challenges, and that said, despite the tough operating environment, the Group delivered solid and resilient financial performance.

He said that 2026 appears to be an extension of the challenging conditions seen in 2025, and the Iran conflict has added fuel to fire for the Group. Tensions in the Strait of Hormuz have hampered the Group's fuel supply in Hong Kong.

The Group has responded proactively, and the situation has not had any material impact on its operations or financial position so far, Kadoorie reassured. Although the situation remains shaky and uncertain, the Group will bend over backwards to minimize the impact.
