HKEX (00388.HK)  0.000 (0.000%)    Short selling $121.04M; Ratio 9.904%   CEO Bonnie Chan said in a speech at the LME Asia Metals Seminar that the number of Hong Kong warehouses approved by its subsidiary, the London Metal Exchange (LME), has added to 15 and is now approaching saturation.

Chan remarked that geopolitical uncertainties have prompted global investors to break away from their previous highly concentrated regional allocation strategies and pursue diversified allocations instead, driving capital flows to Asia and the Hong Kong market, which offer substantial growth potential. Correspondingly, both Hong Kong's capital markets and the LME non-ferrous metals market have delivered strong performance.
