A spokesperson for Chinas Ministry of Commerce responded to the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC)s approval of relevant restrictive measures in the testing certification and telecommunications sectors, stating that the measures undermine the hard-won stability in China-US economic and trade relations and run counter to the consensus reached by the two countries leaders. China is highly concerned and firmly opposes the move.The spokesperson expressed hope that the US side will heed industry calls, respect market principles, cease its erroneous practices and revoke the relevant measures.
