Transcenta Holding-B (06628.HK) +0.070 (+4.636%) announced that it presented preclinical data at the 2026 AACR Annual Meeting highlighting its internally developed LIV1 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). The data demonstrated strong anti-tumor activity, differentiated payload-dependent efficacy, and favorable tolerability profiles, supporting further development in LIV1-positive solid tumors.LIV1 is a member of the zinc transporter protein family. It has limited expression in normal tissues but is highly expressed in breast cancer (93%), prostate cancer (72%), and lung cancer (10%), making it a notable cell surface target for the development of ADC therapies. The data showed that Transcentas LIV1 ADC-2 and ADC-3 programs, as monotherapies, demonstrated strong anti-tumor activity in PDX models of ER-positive/HER2-negative breast cancer (accounting for approximately 60% of all breast cancer cases) and prostate cancer. ADC-2 and ADC-3 also exhibited excellent tolerability profiles in mice. (jl/w)(HK stocks quote is delayed for at least 15 mins.)
